The personal information that you give us when ordering products from us is kept confidential by Raleeyrug We do not sell, trade, or lease our customer files, mailing, or email lists. We do send Promotional emails and newsletters with special offers but you always have the option to ask to be removed directly from the email. The differences between the photographs and the products only can be minims and do not concern the essential characteristics of the products. The color of the products shown on the Web page can differ from the real color of the product.

Legislation and Applicable Jurisdiction

With general character, the relations with the users and interested parties, derivatives of the provision of services contained in this web page, are submitted to the legislation and United States. The users of this web page are conscious of everything that has been exposed and accept it voluntarily.

Price and Availability

All products advertised for sale on the site are subject to availability. If we fail to supply any products for any reason, we will not charge you for such products. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we fail to supply products. We are not responsible for typographical errors, or pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel any order when an error is identified for a full refund. All prices stated on the site or other sales literature may be altered by us from time to time without notice to you.

Pay attention:
● We use Square for payment and the following cards are supported: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and JCB. All payments must be made by above.
● Special orders may be delayed due to manufacturing issues beyond our control. Shipments will be made as soon as possible.

Delivery

We will deliver the products within the Continental United States to the address provided to us by you at the time you place your order. Our standard charges for delivery will apply.
We will endeavor to ensure that the products are delivered to the address specified by you by any delivery date estimated by us.
However, we cannot guarantee that products will be delivered by the estimated delivery date. You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages, or charges incurred by you because of the late delivery of the products. Upon signature for the receipt of the products at the address specified in your delivery instructions, the risk of damage to the goods shall pass to you.

Canceling Your Order (which has already been placed)

Once an order is placed online in most cases it CAN NOT be canceled. But we provide such a service: Cancellation is supported within 30 minutes of placing an order, and order cancellation is not supported after 30 minutes (special emphasis: orders that have already been processed cannot be retrieved from the parcel pile), and we will issue a refund after successfully canceling the order. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.

Pay attention: An order placed online is often released to the local warehouse within 30 minutes of placement. Once the order is released to the local warehouse it is impossible to stop and is considered shipped. All shipped orders must be accepted by the customer upon delivery and the steps to obtain a Return Authorization must be followed.

Returning Goods

We want you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you are not happy with the goods you have purchased for any reason, please refer to our Return Policies and follow the returns process.

Pay attention: You will pay all costs related to returning the goods but will not be charged any form of fee as a result of the refund.

We cannot accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any damage to the products caused by you. Without prejudice to your statutory rights, the information, and materials contained in this site (including without limitation text, graphics, and links) are provided on an "as is" basis with no warranty, and in particular, we do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current or that the use of this site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Products purchased from the site are warranted in accordance with the law, and nothing in these terms and conditions is to be taken to exclude or restrict any rights which applicable law grants to you in respect of such products.

Except as provided above there are no other warranties, conditions, or other terms, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, and all such terms are excluded by these terms and conditions to the maximum extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss, however, it may arise and even if we have previously been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Acceptance of Orders

The receipt of an order confirmation email by Raleeyrug.com does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to reject orders or limit the quantities on any order. It is possible that verification of customer information may be required prior to the acceptance and fulfillment of an order. Raleeyrug.com reserves the right to accept business or reject business from any individual, business, or organization. If your order is accepted you agree to pay the full price, including shipping (if applicable) and sales tax (if applicable) shown on the checkout page.
